Hello, I'm Eva...
...and I'm from the Czech Republic. Since 2020, I've lived in Tyrol and have dedicated myself entirely to sports with inclusive groups.

My CV
As a qualified sports and movement educator with an inclusive focus, I specialize in raising awareness and promoting inclusion in the field of sports and physical activity for people with disabilities.
I support clubs and organizations in developing and establishing inclusive physical education programs .
These include a range of adapted exercises and games specifically tailored to children and young people with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities, as well as senior citizens and pregnant women. These programs are explicitly aimed at people with and without disabilities. The goal is to help people with different backgrounds find common ground through sport.
I regularly participate in various conferences dealing with topics related to inclusion, physical activity, sports, and beyond.
My goals
Raising awareness of physical activities adapted to each individual – regardless of any existing disability
Health prevention through regular exercise: It is one of the effective measures to maintain and improve health – regardless of age or physical limitations
Strengthening self-esteem – especially for children and young people, trying out different sports has been shown to be very beneficial
Make a statement that sport and exercise know no boundaries and can basically be practiced by anyone, albeit with individual adjustments
Expanding the range of special, individual APA (Adapted Physical Activities) exercise activities – wherever there is a need
